1. Provides multiple methods to show understanding
Students can use explain and demonstrate their understanding using multiple forms (ie. audio, visual or text). 2. Collaborative Students can create projects collectively and share their ideas in real-time. 3. Features/Tools Students can upload or create images, videos or drawings, as well as screencast what they are creating to share with others. 4. Students as Teachers Students can create presentations to share with others that not only personalizes the learning experience but also supports peer to peer instruction. As a mathematics teacher I think Explain Everything is a great Edtech tool because it provides students with a place to unleash their creativity collaboratively. I should see my students using Explain Everything when they are completing math taks and need to show multiple ways of understanding. math task are generally done in groups and Explain Everything would be a great platform for students to share ideas with others and work collectively utilizing their own personal strengths.

The biggest limitation to this Edtech tool is that it is not free, this limits how a teacher implements it into instruction. Also, for this tool to be most effective it requires that students use a tablet or PC. What would be great to add as a tool is a comment feature where viewers would leave feedback on presentations.
