Why I choose this standard:
I choose this standard because of the previous experience I had leading a team of teachers with utilizing our learning management system (Canvas) to help prepare students for standardized testings. Most of the teachers on the team had little to no experience utilizing Canvas to assess student learning or collect data. From this experience I became a support for them and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Additionally, I helped create online materials that the teachers used during classroom instruction.
